How We Install Your Fire Doors
Every stage is handled by carpenters who understand fire door assemblies, tolerances and the site conditions that affect a compliant fit, not just how a door looks once it’s hung.

Documentation
A Clear Paper Trail for Every Installation
We know a fire door is only as good as the evidence behind it. That’s why every installation includes photographic records and a Record of Installation, giving you the documentation you need for fire safety files, audits or handover to a managing agent or Responsible Person.
FAQs
Both. We can supply the fire door and ironmongery, or fit doors you have already sourced, depending on what suits your project. Fit-only services are available only where the client-supplied products have the correct labelling, documentation and fire-test evidence, and are suitable for the existing door, frame, hardware and structural opening, whether brick, timber, metal or compartment walls.
We also offer supply-only of all products, including doors, hardware, fire stopping materials and associated items.
This depends on the building type, the location of the door and the required fire rating. The correct FD rating may be stated by the client or set out in the Fire Risk Assessment. We can recommend a suitable door specification based on the information provided, but it is for the client to instruct the final rating and door type required for the property.
Yes. We provide before, during and after photos and a Record of Installation for every job, giving you a clear audit trail of the work carried out. Where applicable, BM TRADA-aligned documentation and labelling are included for the client’s records.
